ABOUT ATHLETE
I'm Mirko Tanjević, a sophomore at Ranger CC, TX (NJCAA D1, Region V). In Europe, I played as a Winger, and in the USA I play more defensively as a Wingback.
This year (2023) I was named to the All American Academic Team by the NTJCAC
Growing up in Montenegro, Europe, I've always had a passion for soccer. I've honed my skills through hard work and dedication, training tirelessly to improve my game.
On the field, my endurance and power allow me to go the distance, while my tactical knowledge helps me anticipate plays and make good decisions.
Off the field, I'm just as focused, currently maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA in Business. However, my true passion lies in engineering, and I'm eagerly looking forward to enrolling in engineering studies at a 4-year university.
I believe in balancing academics with athletics, and I'm determined to succeed in both. With a strong work ethic and a passion for the game, I'm ready to take on any challenge that comes my way.
